I'm going to drop along to the first Galway OpenCoffee Club is taking place at the at Forster Court Hotel this morning. The whole series of events across the world stemmed from this blog post in February about having an OpenCoffee Club. Saul says

The key is a regular place and a regular time - it's not important who comes along, some days it might be no one - just that people know if they want to meet, this is the time and this is the place.
A lot of people get to Galway, especially during the Galway Arts Festival (featuring a local entrepreneur) and the Galway Races, so keep it in mind if you're passing through. There is free WiFi. Thanks to Aidan for the organising OpenCoffee Galway.
